Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Wallpaper Samples
Samples always ship free. Sample orders ship via USPS within 5–7 business days.
Wallpaper Rolls
Shipping for wallpaper rolls is calculated at checkout based on the number of rolls, package size, and destination, and ships via UPS.
- In-stock rolls ship within 7–14 business days.
- Out-of-stock rolls are made to order and ship in approximately 8–10 weeks. Lead times are noted on each product page.
All rolls in an order are printed from the same dye lot whenever possible. If you think you may need more rolls later, we recommend ordering extra now to ensure a consistent match.
Pillows and Fabric
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email hi@byhopejohnson.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. Please don't install wallpaper that appears damaged.
