Wallpaper: Shipping prices begin at $45 and is based on the shipping speed selected, shipped via UPS.
Artwork: Shipping prices for artwork selected at checkout and range based on shipping speed.
Textiles: All textiles are shipped via third-party fabric shops and not through this site. Please visit Cotton + Steel for a list of retailers.

Shipping Damage/Lost or Stolen Packages. This packaging and shipping of any product that leaves the studio has been tested and done with the utmost care. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for damaged caused by shipping services once it leaves the studio. It’s an unfortunate situation that items are not always handled with care or people do not act with heart.

Do I need to be home for my package to arrive?

You will be given the choice at checkout to select “signature required” or “signature not required.” We find having a signature required is helpful when shipping to construction sites or projects under-works where you may want to document who receives the package. When shipping to a residential address, missing delivery attempts may subject the package delivery to be help up and, after a number of attempts, be rerouted back to a pickup location or back to the sender.

Please be sure to think about what situation would be best for your delivery and let us know how we can help!

When can I expect it to arrive?

Waiting is tough, we know. All wallpaper orders are made to order. This ensures little waste and a smaller carbon footprint on our earth. Orders usually take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Rush orders can be accommodated and usually shipped after a thorough inspection within 3-5 business days. We send our orders via UPS.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking number.

Swatch orders will ship within a week of purchase. We always aim to ship these as soon as possible, but if you need  swatches sooner than the listed timeframe, shoot an email to hi@byhopejohnson.com.

What if I need it quick?

I’m based overseas/not in the continental US. Will you still ship my way?

What is your return policy for online purchases?

Please note that wallpaper orders are non-refundable. Each order is created, measured, and produced specifically for you.

We strongly suggest ordering swatches before placing your final order to avoid any confusion and get a real vision to what the artwork looks like in your space and lighting. All orders are inspected before they are shipped, however, any production issues or flaws must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt.

We strongly recommend rounding up your wallpaper yardage to ensure that your order is all produced in one printing session. Because of the handmade and organic process of digital printing, slight variations in color and design are embraced. When ordering the same design on multiple orders, we will do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible for you.

All sale items and items purchased using discount code during a sale are final and non-refundable.
